JOB DESCRIPTION:

TSA Mission ~ To provide superior customer service, drive traffic into the location, continually increase the membership base, and focus on the retention of current members.

Staff Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 11am-8pm

Friday: 9am-6pm

Saturday: 11am-4pm

Basic Duties & Responsibilities:

- Work 10-30 hours per week, unless otherwise specified by management. Use the provided time clock to track all hours.

- Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to the HOTWORX® Uniform Policy & Code of Conduct.

- Aim for consistent 5-star ratings on Yelp, Facebook, Google, and other review platforms.

- Follow assigned cleaning and maintenance checklists.

- Complete all opening and closing procedures and checklists for each shift.

Customer Relations, Training & Other Duties:

- Sell memberships and meet all sales goals through prospecting and promotions.

- Achieve retail sales goals by mastering product knowledge.

- Educate members on using the Burn Off App.

- Provide exceptional service to motivate and engage members.

- Greet members warmly, answer questions, provide sauna and workout instructions, and offer post-workout advice on gear, hydration, and retail items.

- Promote the Burn Off Challenge and HOTWORX® App usage.

- Keep the studio clean and organized, including equipment maintenance.

- Perform any tasks necessary to meet prospecting and sales targets.

Marketing & Prospecting Duties:

- Assist the manager with social media engagement, promotions, and ad campaigns by offering insights and ideas to boost traffic and engagement.

- Meet monthly prospecting requirements: submit at least 30 names and numbers and return 5 guest passes with employee initials.

- Update Studio Prospecting/Client tracking logs daily for better sales opportunities and commission potential, including guest follow-ups.

- Consistently use HOTWORX® marketing tools to maximize studio traffic.

Qualifications:

- Complete HOTWORX® Certification (renew annually or as directed by management).

- CPR Certification.

- Merchandising & Cash Handling

Benefits:

- Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour + commission.
