Street Fair Day Public Hours 10am-6pm

VENDOR SET-UP: Must be ready to go by 10am!  Set-up time is Saturday morning between 8:30am -10:00am. 

MKCC Crew will be on site to direct you to your table space. Space assignments are listed below.

(Reminder: we are supplying the table and table cover). Breakdown is 6pm.

PARKING: 

For Pop-up Tents - Nearby municipal parking is available in the Blackeby Parking  Lot/ East Main Street behind the Atlantic Appliance store. Remember to use the Pay Stations to pay for your parking to avoid ticketing. 

For Moger Ave/ Promenade Tables - Nearby municipal parking is available South Moger Municipal Lot/ South  Moger Lot near Train Station. Remember to use the PayStation to pay for your parking to avoid ticketing.

NOTE: if you don't mind a short walk, the municipal parking lot next to Home Goods (North Moger Lot) is free on Saturday.

FOOD & BEV

Make sure that you leave time to enjoy SeptemberFest while you are with us! Invite family and friends to meet and enjoy fun carival rides, live entertainment and relax with a beer while trying some of the many delicious food options offered at our amazing food court!

All registrants as Vendor/Participant agree to the following Terms upon submission of application

Event: SeptemberFest 2025 – September 12,13,14, 2025

Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vendor will indemnify and hold harmless the Mount Kisco Chamber of Commerce and/or the Village of Mount Kisco, its officers, representatives, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, suits, liens, judgments, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and all court costs and liability (including statutory liability) arising in whole or in part and in any manner from injury and/or death of person or damage to or loss of any property resulting from the acts, omissions, breach or default of Vendor, it’s officers, directors, agents, employees, and subcontractors, in connection with the performance of any work by or for Vendor pursuant to any contract, Purchase Order and/or related Proceed Order. Vendor will defend and bear all costs of defending any actions or proceedings brought against the Mount Kisco Chamber of Commerce and/or Village of Mount Kisco, their officers, representatives, agents, and employees, arising in any employee of the Vendor and shall not be limited in any way by an amount or type of damage, compensations, or benefits payable under any applicable workers’ compensation, disability benefits or other similar employees benefit act. The Vendor hereby expressly permits the Mount Kisco Chamber of Commerce and/or Village of Mount Kisco to pursue and assert claims against the Vendor for indemnity, contribution, and common law negligence arising from claims for damages for death and personal injury. I agree to the above conditions and will be responsible for all my actions.
