What is bubble tea?

It started as a strong cup of tea with milk, sugar, and tapioca balls that resemble pearls. Also known as Boba, these pearls are made of cassava flour and add interesting texture. At our shop, you can try the traditional tea that started it all or mix it up with plant-based agar jellies, aloe vera, frozen fruity drinks or creamy smoothies. There's something for everyone here.
