Since 1981, Consumers Energy Cooperative, (CECI), a member owned corporation, has been successfully negotiating low cost home heating oil and professional burner service to its members.

Our service is available to residential oil users in Westchester and southern Putnam counties. We also welcome and encourage civic or other groups to become sponsors, providing an additional member benefit to their organization.

CECI is a true co-operative, managed by and for its members. Our mission is, by charter, to provide excellent service and to negotiate, on behalf of our members, contractual terms with fuel and service suppliers.
