JoAnne Hochstein and Beth Mannion are the Citizens of the Year, as co-honorees. D'Errico Jewelry, with owners/brothers, Richie and Sal D'Errico as the Business of the Year and the Organization of the Year is the Mount Kisco Lions Club, represented here with co-Presidents Bob Scopelliti and Anthony Cerretani, and past President Barbara Scopelliti.
