JANE PIERAGOSTINI - Citizen of the Year

Bestowed as a "Lifetime Member" of the Chamber of Commerce for her many years of service and dedication to Mount Kisco's business community, Jane has also tirelessly served on the Chamber's Board of Directors for multiple terms ensuring the organizations vibrancy. Always willing to participate in a project that will enhance quality of life in our community, Jane shoulders the responsibility and shares her design expertise to spearhead the Chamber's holiday streetscape decor which cheerfully beautifies the village during each holiday season for the enjoyment of all. Jane's strong commitment to the betterment of her community shows in the time that she gives as an active volunteer with the Emergency Shelter Partnership Program and the Mount Kisco Interfaith Food Pantry. In addition she enjoys Bible Study and has volunteered as a Youth CCD teacher. To her family and friends that are continually impressed with Jane's generous nature, this recognition is long overdue. Congratulations Jane !

MINUTEMAN PRESS - Business of the Year

"What can we do to help..." is the mantra imbedded in the business culture by Steve Young, owner and adopted  by the entire team at Minuteman Press Mount Kisco. Celebrating 21 years at the Mount Kisco location Steve is a strong supporter of the community and through his expertise offers invaluable guidance to local organizations when tackling necessary fundraiser printing projects and promotional challenges. Steve consistently gives consideration to non-profit organizations to help them reach their goals and handles fast approaching deadlines with grace. Steve consistently proves to be a community champion through Minuteman's participation in advertising support to the benefit of many local charitable organizations. As a result of the support from Aaron and the skilled staff at Minuteman Press, Steve is able to carve out extra time to serve as the current President of the Mount Kisco Rotary Club. He is also an active member of the Mount Kisco Chamber of Commerce. Steve never hesitates to donate his personal time when the call is out for volunteers. Congratulations Minuteman Press!

MOUNT KISCO HISTORICAL SOCIETY - Organization of the Year

Our community is blessed to reap the benefit of a century of dedicated volunteers who have built and maintained a truly impressive tangible record of Mount Kisco's past  and who continue to enrich the record with evidence of today's history in the making. The Mount Kisco Historical Society's passion to preserve the area's rich history for future generations is evident in the mountains of research gathered and organized over time and shared through exhibits, the MKHS website and educational programs offered to learn about the village's rich history through stories, photography and artifacts. In 2025, the Mount Kisco Historical Society will write its own history by leading the Village's celebration of Mount Kisco's Sesquicentennial1875-2025. Congratulations Mount Kisco Historical Society!
